Product Overview
The HL9K-PRO is Halo Lifts’ premium four-post car lift designed for serious users — hobbyists or professional shops — who demand strong safety features, robust construction, and enough clearance to work comfortably under lifted vehicles. With a 9,000 lb capacity, it’s built for large SUVs, trucks, or full-size vehicles.
Key Features
- Triple Safety System:
The lift includes ¾-inch thick safety locks that engage simultaneously at each notch (notch spacing 4 inches). On top of that, there are secondary cable-tension locks on each corner to provide added security. - Wrap-Around Cross-Beam Design:
This design helps prevent the possibility of safety locks skipping or becoming disengaged during operation. - Boxed/Structural Steel Posts:
Strong, rigid, laser-cut locking notches, and boxed steel posts ensure reduced flex and greater stability, especially under high load or side loads. - Cable Keeps:
The lift routes cables under the runways, and those cables are held securely by cable keeps, which helps prevent the cables from becoming dislodged or misaligned. - Single-Handle Manual Release:
All four locks release simultaneously using a single handle. This is purely mechanical — no compressor or pneumatic assist needed. - Adjustable Motor Mounting Angles:
The motor can be mounted in several positions on the post so the lift can be set up more compactly against a wall if needed. - Accessories Included:
• Steel drive-up ramps (lightweight)
• Post-mounted casters for easier movement of the lift (if needed)
• Tire stops
• Rolling jack tray(s)
• Drip trays to catch fluids

What to Know Before Buying
- Space & Height: Make sure your garage or workshop ceiling is high enough to accommodate the full height of the lift plus the clearance when a vehicle is raised.
- Floor/Foundation: The lift must be anchored to a concrete slab that’s level and strong enough to handle the weight of the lift plus the vehicle.
- Unloading & Assembly: The unit is heavy. Unloading typically requires machinery like a forklift or hoist. Assembly will require multiple people and careful alignment.
- Usage & Safety: Always use safety locks before working under the lift. Check cables, locks, and bolts regularly. Use proper ramps, stops, and accessories to avoid slippage or misalignment.
- Cost Considerations: Apart from the lift itself, there may be additional costs for shipping (since freight), electrical setup, anchoring, etc.
