What to Know Before Buying

• Space Requirements
  You’ll need a large, level area—not only for the swing set footprint, but extra clearance on all sides for safe use of slides, swings, and climbing features.
• Assembly Difficulty
  Though installation is made easier with pre-cut parts and the BILT® app, this is a sizable structure. Having several people help will make assembly much smoother.
• Maintenance
  Cedar is durable, but applying sealant or wood treatment periodically will help preserve wood and avoid issues from moisture, sun, or pests. Inspect hardware, hand holds, steps, chains etc. regularly.
• Age Suitability & Use
  Intended for kids likely ages 3 and up. Some climbing features and activities are more challenging, so supervision is advised.
